Have you been able to fit off the Fall Stall?! I have received a lot of emails and messages from people saying that was just what they needed to hear. If you are still just standing still with your journey… DON’T! You have everything you need to really commit and make this Fall and Winter a huge victory!

Looking at our POLL this week I see a good majority of people have a lot of temptation at home. What would Coach Wayne do? Remove as much of it as you can! If you do the grocery shopping… don’t buy the things that are the most tempting. Your kids won’t die if you don’t buy junk food. They will actually be healthier! Ask your spouse or family members to help keep you accountable too. They might not be ready to make the same changes, but they can be a great support system. Make sure they know the things that are a real struggle for you and ask for help.

This weekend I will be heading down to Texas to run the Spartan Beast and Sprint with a few friends. It really came out of nowhere LOL! I knew I wanted to get my trifecta this year, but a few buddy just decided it worked for them too! I am super pumped.

And no… I have not been training for it. It has been Beast mode and bulking LOL I am not quite sure what I am in for, but I know the base of fitness I have will be plenty for the running/jogging and my strength won’t fail me. It might not set any records, but we will conquer the course!

That is what I really LOVE about Beachbody programs (even Body Beast). If you are pushing hard while you push play, you will build endurance. If you have done Build Legs you know that! It can seem like a cardio workout at times! I decided not to do running leading up to the race due to my knee. I will definitely get the races done, but I didn’t want to aggravate it with extra training. This is a once a year kind of thing and it’s what I have to live with. I will be protecting my knee and will make sure to stay on top of it.

I will be sure to post about the race and weekend too! We are trying out a few endurance specific supplements and a bunch of the guys are trying out the new Reebok Spartan race shoe. I will have LOTS to report on!

If I don’t get right back to you this weekend, you now know why. I will bring my laptop and have my phone, but I may be a little slower :-)
