Coach Wayne. Do u think is ok to take xenadrine ripped before breakfast and lunch, and then have some creatine after my workout at night?
Hey Pablo, I have never used xenadrine ripped. I'm assuming it's a thermogenic (fat burner). If so, sure that's fine to take it plus creatine.
Hey, coach. I went on the Team Beachbody website and there is a 30 day supply tub! Don't worry, it's through Team Beachbody, so you'll get your cut! :P Thanks!
I haven't used this product so I hate to comment on anything I don't have first hand knowledge of. The other ingredients are supposed to improve the overall effectiveness of the product, but it also costs more than plain creatine! I just went with plain creatine monohydrate and saw great results so I didn't try this. If you try it, you can give me a review. I have a few team members who order it regularly, so they must like it!! Maybe they will chime in! The nice thing is that it comes with a $$ back guarantee if you don't think it works better than plain creatine.
