When would you recommend taking E&E while doing insanity/ insanity upperbody weight lifting?? (everyday??)
Also, just curious, how often did you have to take R&R after a workout you took a PWO??
Pat, you can use E&E any time when you need a boost of energy to get more out of a workout. I recommend only taking R&R when you really earn it. If you give it your all in a workout, then use R&R. If it's a shorter or easier workout, pass on R&R.
JerrodRichardson Good, very clean and natural energy. No crashes, jitters, etc. All safe ingredients too. Bad, if you can call it that, it may be too light of a stimulant if you are used to really heavy PWOs. If you think it is too light, I would suggest cycling off of stimulants completely (coffee too) and giving your body a rest.

Dan, If you're cycling off of stimulants you shouldn't use anything with caffeine in it. I just don't use a pre workout.
Hi Coach, Is it ok to use E&E with all the workouts besides Yoga? Also do you cycle it, so that you're body doesn't become immune to it? thanks.
Dan, it's a smart idea to cycle any PWO. The stimulants are what you will build up a tolerance to. Also, a lot of PWOs have creatine. E&E does not, but cycling a PWO is smart for that reason too.
I struggle one or two times a week with enough energy to really push it so I just ordered it through you. Let me know if you got the notification.
Hello, coach wayne i was wondering which one d you think is better e and e or c4 icy blue raz, because i got the c4, and it helped me complete my insanity workout, but i didnt feel energized? Also, i ujsaully feel sleepy during the day, but i didnt feel lke that today. Thank you
Hey Mohammad, everyone has a different favorite so it's hard to say what you'll think of different PWO's. The strongest I ever used was 1MR. I really like the E&E as well. Many people also really like C4.
Just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with the E&E. I got it during the start of my 2nd month of P90x tried it and really felt like I hit the work outs harder. I used it for two weeks then decided to see if I felt a difference if I stopped using it. I did Yoga, Legs and Back, and Kenpo without it. I felt horrible during the work outs. I felt like I had to mentally push myself harder, like I wasn't focused or my body just wasn't ready to go. I work out in the PM so this stuff really helps me get focused and get ready to Bring It! E&E is less intense then Jacked 3d in my experience which works well for me. That "super charged", hair standing up feeling is cool but was a little intense for my taste. I like the subtle boost E&E gives me for my work outs. Anyway just dropping my 2 cents Thanks for the great site coach!
Hi Coach, Ive tried NanoVap and it gives me the jitters and a horrible feeling at the end making me feel like throwing up even with using one scoop. Do you have any advice as to what other pre workouts would work better for me? Do you think E&E would be a better choice for me?
It's hard to say since everyone responds differently to different PWO's. The E&E isn't quite as intense so that ugly be a good fit for you.
Coach, I have tried the E&E and it has been useless. No effect whatsoever. So I decided to buy the 1 M.R. I have tried it twice and no effect. Do I just have a high tolerance for stimulants? Is it safe to up the dose of 1 M.R.? or should i try another pre-workout? I don't mind buying another one, I just hate spending the money on something if it is going to be of no benefit. Yes Jacob, you probably just have too high a resistance to feel much. Do you take in a lot of caffeine in your usual routine?? Anyways, don't exceed the max dose on any preworkout.
Coach Wayne, What do you think about coffee as a pre work out drink? I have been using Muscle Pharm Assault and have more energy to fuel the p90x2 workouts. Any reason why you would want to use a store bought pre workout vs. making your own?
Sure Mike, you can make your own if you'd rather. Most have. Affront, creatine, Arginine, and beta alanine (vasodilator) as the active ingredients.

Hey Geo, it comes with 25 scoops in the tub. A serving is either 1 scooop (regular dose) or 2 scoops (max dose).
OK coach, as I have told you before in other post, I am not a fan of preworkout suppliments. That being said, I'm coming up on my first 30 days of p90x. and I have been religious on my fat shreader diet. I can visually see the results in the mirror but I offically weight in and take my mesurments and photos on Thursday. I'm nervous but excited.I have decided that I'm going to give the energy and endurance preworkout a try because it has not artifical additives, and with my diminished caloric intake I find myself pushing the pause button a couple of time during my workout to catch my breath. Don't worry, its usually only like 15 or 20 seconds, but I would like to push the workouts without the use of the pause button! So, I ordered mine this morning to give it a try. I'll let you know how it works out for me! Take care
Coach Wayne....Just an update. I used (still am) your 1900 calorie fat shredder diet. I'm on day 76 and at 8.5% +- body fat and that's from being over 20%!! Even with getting a touch of the flu and now a nagging injury (forearm) for the last 3 weeks that has me doing pull-downs on a machine vs. pull-ups the last 1.5 weeks the results are impressive. Thanks your website is a wealth of knowledge and is one of the reasons I got this far. Thank You!!
Well I got my E&E and gave it 3 tries so far based on Coach Wayne's review. It did absolutely nothing for me.....didn't get that tingling feeling and that extra boost that other products have given me. I will stick with the Jacked 3d and the less expensive C4. The bottom line is that different products effect people in different ways, so just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't for you.
Sorry it didn't work well for you Rob. Thanks for the feedback. Funny cuz C4 never did anything for me yet many love that one. Just goes to show that different formulations affect us differently. Keep bringing it!
