Hey coach, im interested in Super Suma but from what I understand anything that increases your bodies test (test boosters etc..) can have negative side effects such as hair loss, gyno, acne etc. I've tried to research as much as possible, and from what I've seen Suma root maybe not be 100% "safe". What's your take on it?

Coach Wayne, Do you use or have you used super suma?  Interested in your thoughts. I currently use KreAlc, E&E, R&R Formula and a basic Whey Isolate.  Thanks!

Hey coach, my question is about creatine. My goal is to put on muscle mass and also cut down fat.  Im at approximately 14% body fat right now and like to cut it to about 8%.  Im starting up a p90x/insanity hybrid tomorrow and after thats complete move onto body beast(huge).  Do you think it is a good idea to get on some creatine monohydrate starting tomorrow(AND use it every day, or lift days only?) ? Or I can save it for body beast... whats my best option?

Thanks!

wayne, hi i've seen your videos in youtube. i was wondering if i should take whey protein only after the weight routines in p90x or i should also take it before yoga, kenpo and the others like those. thanks. Hugo Brunicardi from Venezuela.

Wayne, Do you recommend loading on the Beast MAX Creatine. I know some guys that have told me if you don't take creatine that much (which i don't at all) its a good idea to load up on it for like a week. About 20g a day for your first week then 5g a day after that? Also do you take any creatine before your workout or only save it for post workout? Thanks! BTW my wife just bought Turbofire! She starts this coming Monday, 7 Jan. -Jerry

Would you prefer the C4 Pre workout over the E&E pre workout?

Do you recommend that I take the E&E Pre-workout and the Purple Wraath during workout for X-Stretch, Yoga X, Cardio Recovery, and Max Recovery?

Hey Coach Wayne, Just curious what your thoughts were on the Base Shake and Fuel Shot. It looks like based on the Body Beast nutrition guid they'll run out in just about 2 weeks of use. Also when you mix (2) fuel + (1) base it comes out to 4:1 carb to protein ratio just like the X recovery drink. I figure as much to just use that. The fuel + base combo comes out to about 540 calories though, so drinking that much X recovery drink will also cause you to run out in about 2 weeks. Are you going to up your calories to 550ish post work out and would you recommend that as a "one size fits all" amount?

@Lio Rodriguez  I wouldn't worry. Those things can happen with products that give you a super-elevated level of test (like steroids) but natural increases won't do that. You will just be increasing your natural ability to produce test. It's just allowing you to run at your best. I would consider it safe.

@AV8RCMS I used Suma for my first round of Beast. I was also using DAA so it is hard to say what did what. I like the idea of natural testosterone boosters as you get a little older. I would probably give DAA a try first. It's more researched and has more proof backing it up.

@JUSTIN123 You can use it all the time for both of those goals. Creatine will not harm fat loss at all. Cut first with your hybrid and a deficit. Stay dialed in and be consistent. After that the transition to Beast will cause you to just add calories over a few weeks to get up to your surplus. But creatine is fine all the time (www.teamripped.com/back-to-creatine).

Hugo, did you get my other reply?

Jerry, I have loaded and done straight maintenance dosing. I don't believe there is any difference. Your muscles will naturally be saturated within a week or two with a 5g dose.

I have sampled C4 Syed. It was ok for me. I know some people swear by it! With E&E you know you are getting a safe, natural product, free of artificial colors and sweeteners.

Syed, no E&E. You could still use Purple Waarth. BCAAs and EAAs are good all the time.

Still working through them Derick. My time in Europe slowed things down a bit. I hope soon!

Jacob, this is where is it a little tricky... in the Book of Beast, if you go to page 74, you see the product description of Fuel Shot as "each serving (2 scoops) has 45g carbs..." I think the labeling on the tubs had changed and that is where the confusion comes in. From the label, one scoop gives you 47g carbs. So I am using one scoop of Fuel Shot as the tub says, but it gives you the 45g carbs like was intended in the Book of Beast. All of this should be tracked in your plan too. Almost 100g of dextrose and maltodextrin would be TONS! It seems that in Beast math, 1 scoop really equals 2...
