Will abs be on a separate day? I always found it tough to do abs right after a tough workout? Also I already have powerstands. Should I just go for deluxe? Is the more aggresive foam roller better for a p90x grad? Can we swap out the stand for more balance balls? I think this is a pretty comprehensive question. lol :)
Hey Anthony, no you can’t swap. You might as well just get the deluxe and save the money since you already have powerstands, unless you just want an extra pair and are dying for the more aggressive foam roller. And no, abs will not get their own day. It is a short ab workout that you do in addition to the lift days, just like P90X had it (not what you wanted to hear LOL!)
Hey Lanbeaulok, you don’t need the more aggressive, especially if you’ve never done foam rolling before (it would probably be too uncomfortable for you). Watch some youtube videos about foam rolling and you’ll get an idea of what it’s about. It’s easier to see it than explain it.
I just ordered P90X2 Deluxe from your website. I am a little concerned. Last time I ordered I received an email stating Beach body received my order. How do I track my order? I was also not able to set up the payment plan like I did last time. They took the whole $230 in one shot. That’s not too big of a deal I was just hoping to space it out a little. I sure am looking forward to doing this new workout.
Hey Joe, with anything purchased on teambeachbody, there is unfortunately no payment plan option. That’s only through the main BB site. However, the main BB site doesn’t offer any of the added perks (reduced shipping, freebie DVD’s, etc.) that you get when ordering through the teambeachbody coach network.
I can assure you though, I’m pushing to get them to offer the payment plan option because I would sure love it if my team had the ability to pay it over time if that works better for them.
As for your Pump order, I don’t show any order in my back office. You can call 1-800-240-0913 to double check it, but it may not have gone through.
I ordered the P90X2 deluxe not the Pump. I am sure I will get it because I have never had a problem with BB before. It could just be because ordered it on sunday over the long weekend
You don’t need 4 med balls, but there are a couple moves where you will need 3 or 4 balls to balance on (which could be basketballs, soccer balls, etc).
Hey coach. quick question. I’ve almost done 2 rounds of P90X. I’m on month 3 of round 2 starting tomorrow (Monday May 7th). I’ve gone from 29% body fat to 10.28% body fat. I’m still not at my ideal percentage, but I will be bulking up soon. Would P90X2 be a good program for bulking up and in general? Or would you recommend sticking with P90X for a third round and then going on to part 2?
Hey Mike, as you’ll see in my post tomorrow, I had more luck adding muscle and strength with X2, but then again I had been doing X for a while and X2 forced me out of my comfort zone into something new.
are the plyometric stands in the video clip a necessary item for p90x2?
No Nic, you can use a chair. I won’t be getting any plyo boxes myself. I’ll use a chair.

Wayne:
I’m a little confused by the roller….do I really need the more agressive one and what is it’s main function?
Thanks!

Hey Joe, it’s not showing any order man. If I were you I’d check with coach relations at that # I gave you.
I’ve seen videos of people using 4 medicine balls at a time in p90x2. Do we need 4?
