So, basically this list? My supplements list: Pre Workout: Muscle Pharm Assault Intra workout: Purple.wraath Post workout: R&R, Gnc amp wheybolic 60, glutamine caps, creatine caps Another question. Do I take the pre workout and glutamine only on cardio and lifting days? But then take the creatine caps every single day, even on non training days?
For the creatine caps, shouldn't i take them before i workout so it gives me more energy? Why do you think i should take them after? And would i take it after every single workout? Or is it like the same situation for the R&R? Should.i just use it when i think i deserve it? Lastly, would you suggest i take glutamine caps? Cuz im trying to burn off fat and build muscle. Syed, creatine is not an energy booster, no need pre. Your C4 will do that and have some creatine too. I have supplemented with glutamine post workout for recovery. If you take creatine, take it every day. You want to maintain those levels not just on workout days.
In your supplements video, you showed creatine monohydrate, how do you take the creatine mono hydrate if i have the capsules? Like when do i take it? Another question, what does the creatine actually do to help you?

Im almost done with my first month and ive been drinking whey protein after the cardio and lifting days. I just wanted to make sure I'm doing the right thing. Because I'm doing the P90X/Insanity hybrid, and the insanity days are real tough.

Hi Coach, I just finished P90X and was looking to bulk up a bit since i am at my body fat% that i wanted. I was going to order Body Beast but had a few questions first. I was looking at the supplements and was wondering when would to take the fuel shot (before, after, during), also same thing with the base shake or when combining both the base shake and fuel shot. Is there any other alternatives that i can use like R&R and a protein shake? Or would you recommend sticking to the base shake and fuel shot? I am just a little confused and don't want to buy more things that i have that can be substituents for the base shake and fuel shot. Thanks!
Sanyl, I take my Beast supps all in one shake post workout. You could definitely do R&R and whey to use up your supply. That would work just as well.
Thanks! I had a few more questions. When I mix my shakeology up, it usually ends up being 2 whole glasses. Would you recommend that I drink my shakeology throughout the day or all at once? I saw your YouTube video for your P90X results and they're crazy! In the video, was it just your results from 1 round or did you do 2 rounds and make the video? Because I'm in my senior year in high school and I'm 18. And my wrestling season starts in November and I wanted results just like yours. I was going to do p90X/insanity hybrid and then do Insanity asylum. What would you recommend to me so that I can fully maximize my results in these 4 months? For the R&R, would you recommend that i drink it after every workout or only yhe lifting workouts for P90X? Because i was watching your supplement video and you said to take only if you think you deserve it would i just take it after every workout except for like Yoga X qnd the stretch days? Syed, I drink my Shakeology all at once. I make mine big so it is really filling. For YouTube, it depends on which video you watched. I have my first round results, updates results, and X2 results. For R&R, take it right after workouts. Lifting and hard cardio, but like I said if you deserve it. So skipping yoga and stretch is a good idea. I'm about to start p90x and I'm going to be taking the Energy & Endurance pre-workout, Purple Wraath during my workout, and the P90X Results and Recovery drink for my post workout. I'm currently 172 lb with 23% body fat. I'm trying to get lean muscle and get rid all my fat. Would you reccomend that I take any other supplements, like the M.A.X creatine or the super suma to get better results? Because I saw your transformation and I want to be just like you. Oh, I also am going to be using the optimum nutrition whey protein and the tropical shakeology. What do you think the best time is to drink the whey protein and shakeology? Thanks
Syed, I like my R&R right after my workout. And then I make up my Shakeology for breakfast. Use the whey to hit your protein budgets. Make sure you are tracking everything you eat and staying wiht oyu deficit. I wouldn't worry about other supplements just yet. You have a great start!
