I’m still bringing it, and still seeing more results. I am constantly amazed at how awesome the combination of workouts / nutrition / supplements works. It’s a perfect trifecta! 150 days ago, I had never in my life seen one of my ab muscles. That’s all changed now! Thanks P90X, Insanity, Shakeology, 1-on-1′s, Results/Recovery Formula, and P90X Plus!
And thanks to you guys, teamRIPPED, for keeping me motivated and in the game! Keep Bringing it gang!!
Wow! you look awesome man. The change in your physique is incredible and almost unrecognisable from when you started out.
I’m a little like you. I’m quite big and have trained most of my life, but clearly not the right way. Haven’t trained now for a year since retiring from the police and have let myself go somewhat.
You are an inspiration and someone I aspire to emulate. I’m 53 yrs old but want to get that zest back in my life. You are going to be my role model. wow, I can’t wait to get started.
Best wishes and keep up the good work.
keith
Thanks Keith!
Bring it man! It’s worth it! Those muscles will remember the old training and know what to do!
Truly an amazing transfermation Coach Wayne.I can’t wait to start Monday(only2 days away). My days start at 500am and to work by 700am.i have my b4 pics and purchased my whey pro tonight.i also have to get my multi vit.i would like to also get shakolgy. which is better, the chocolate or the green? I lookfard to your coaching tech.
Craig
Hey Craig. Chocolate is WAY better! Look at my YouTube video to see my favorite recipe! It tastes good and is very filling!
150 of dedication in anything is impressive enough. Throw in the new body and BOOM! I’m gonna do the exact same thing. Look for me.
How did you develop your forearms?
Hey Rick, the “Just Arms” 1-on-1 has some great forearm exercises. That’s what I use for forearm development.
HI Coach Wayne…
i am in week 9 of p90x , i checked my weight in week 7 i lost 4 kg ,from 88 to 84 , but i don’t see to much result.
i don’t have recovery drink or shakeology it not available in my country but i will try to have one .
i added you on Facebook , i want to show you my pictures .
Great job Wayne, i finished round 1 of the P90x . Lost 28lbs got some nice deffinition in my abs . I was getting ready to do round 2 and i tore my miniscusin my knee. Im still gonna keep doing what i can for my upper body while im unable to do the full P90 workout .You have any advise to training when i cant use my bad leg?
Tom
Hey Tom, you’ll have to find an alternative for cardio depending on what your knee can tolerate (swimming, stationary bike, etc.). Check with your doc or p.t.
Wow, absolutely phenomenal! I don’t know that I can handle p90x yet because I’m about 80 lbs overweight, but I think I’m going to start with Tony Horton’s 10 min. trainer and try to get some weight off and then bring it with p90x after that try to really take stuff to the next level. If i have results half as amazing as yours I’ll be happy. Congrats on all that hard work paying off man!
How did you get such large forearms? They don’t focus on them at all in P90x.
Sure they do Thomas. Have you ever tried to get through Back and Biceps without your forearms feeling like they are ON FIRE!! The forearms get worked in nearly every workout. The grip strength that you have to develop to hold heavy dumbbells on exercise after exercise can’t help but increase forearm strength if you lift hard.
I do not believe you achieved this through p90x. Bullshit
LOL Stephan. Nice to meet you. Thanks for stopping by. Have you read my article on negative people and haters LOL! Or try this one from last week cuz believe me, I’ve heard it all = http://teamripped.com/results-not-typical.
The reason you probably don’t believe me is because you’ve never had the commitment, the determination, or the heart to put in the effort that I did. Or the commitment, determination, and heart that any of my Hall of Famers and Before/After All Stars have put in. Do you not believe them either?
I haven’t been to a gym, used steroids, or any of the typical hater responses. It’s totally legit. It takes all the hard work in the world, but it’s worth it to look back and see what you achieved. But first you have to get over your “I can’t” attitude. Ask the All Stars I’ve coached = http://teamripped.com/beforeafter
Have a nice day :-)
Lol.. great response coach. I haters.. lol. You need that T-shirt!
Hey coach Wayne, Awesome results. Truly an inspiration. Quick question… I’m starting week #9. Seeing some results, lost inches and gained strength. I haven’t lost more than 3 lbs. Should I be concerned?
Hey Jason, if your goal is to drop a lot of body fat, then you probably aren’t dialed in on your diet like you need to be. Look at the article “dialing it in” for starters, which is in my Nutrition All In One = http://teamripped.com/my-nutritionsupplements/nutrition-all-in-one
Hey Coach Wayne results after the p90x are incredible!!! I had a question about the P90x. I’m about 6’2 about 215 or 220lb. Im on week 8 for the p90x classic form. So far i feel pretty good on it. i was wondering on how to get rid of arm flab but gain muscle mass for the arm. I have been doing 8 to 10 reps for mass like Tony said. Do you have any pointers on what i could do to get rid of my arm fat??
Hey Grant! Arm fat, like any other fat on your body, just takes time to lose. As you drop your body fat, the arm fat will decrease just like stomach fat, “man boobs”, etc. Keep dialing in the diet and the body fat will keep dropping.
Hey Coach Wayne, Great results. Your a true inspiration to all. My question is, I’m 6 ft 212 pounds. I started p90x classic and was wondering when was the best time to go about p90x in the morning, evening, or afternoon my reason being I’m trying to shred fat.
I like mornings Dave = http://teamripped.com/early-morning-workouts
Did you do a p90x / insanity hybrid workout?
Hey Sean, yes I’ve done several. Look at my hybrids in the “workout zone” tab for specific hybrid calendars I’ve done.
Hey coach, very motivated transformation. My question is can one achieve the same results as you with resistance bands? I don’t want to spend a lot of money on dumbells cuz of my change in motivation. Another question how did you stay motivated from the start? I am a somewhat fit guy and dream of being as fit as you but seem to loose that motivation. Thanks
Hey Ray, my preference is dumbbells, and I feel I get a better workout with them. But yes, you can absolutely still get good results with resistance bands.
And as for staying motivated?? I DIDN’T!! Once the excitement wore off, I didn’t feel like getting up at 4:30 am and working my butt off everyday. I didn’t feel like eating grilled chicken while everyone else ate Taco Bueno.
But what I felt like doing wasn’t the point. I was committed to my goals, and doing what I needed to do to succeed. If we only do what we feel like doing, we won’t ever change.
Read this = http://teamripped.com/just-do-it-period
Wayne,
I Googled p90x pictures and I stopped on yours, and got on this site. Yours is the most impressive transformation. I did about 78 days and had to quit for about 3 months. Now I’m back at it and completed Week 1. The diets the hardest part, but see if this sounds good:
BREAK 7:00a
Special K
Strawberries
Milk
OJ
SNACK 10:30a
Almonds
Raisins
LUNCH 1:30p
Deli Turkey
2 slices American cheese
Raw broccoli
Raw carrots
Banana
“Balance” brand bar
SNACK 4:30p
Almonds
Raisins
DINNER 7:30p
Whatever my wife makes (meat, vege, fruit – I try to limit pastas, breads and do smaller portions)
WORKOUT 10:00p
RECOVERY 12:00a
3 scoops AMP Wheybolic 60
I work for a water company so I drink about 160 ounces every day – I would not recommend spring water, mineral water, RO – they contain inorganics your body cannot assimilate. We all need to drink DISTILLED water.
So, can you evaluate my basic meal plan when you get a chance? Also, I was told to stay away from any preservative in deli meat with the “ose” suffix. Is this true?
***Also, did you do anything else other than the p90x plan to look like that in 180 days? I need the most help in the chest area, so additional things there would help. Weigh 230 and 5’10″.
Thanks
Hey Eddie, thanks for stopping by! By day 180 I had done a round of P90X and a round of P90X Insanity hybrid. See my “Hybrid Worksheets” tab above for more on that.
Your diet looks pretty good, considering there aren’t any #s going with it (grams of each macro and total cals). Be sure you are set up to best reach your goals by tracking your macros using something like Myfitnesspal, and that you are at the right total calorie level. I have all my tips on that in the “nutrition tips” tab above so check that out.
Keep bringing it!!
Hello Coach!
My wife and I are considering getting Insanity. For me, I will benefit from the cardio and muscle building exercises because I’m well over weight. Im 5’8 and weigh 220. As for my wife, she is 5’6 120lbs. My question mostly for my wife, she’s thin but out of shape and wants to tone up and build a better physique. Will Insanity make her more skinny? She doesn’t want to look any skinner than she is now but wants to be fit. She doesn’t want to be known as the skinny girl any longer. Will Insanity be a good investment?
Hey Dario, you guys should consider Les Mills Pump. It burns a ton of calories, but helps tone and strengthen muscles as well. It gives a lean, toned look. Doing all cardio like Insanity would probably make her look skinny. Y’all could do Pump together and have a blast. It would help both of your goals.
Thanks Coach!!
Awesome results! I’m at about day 45, and have seen awesome results. I have loved the strength traing in phase 2. Your results are great motivation to keep pushing forward. From 5’10 157lbs to 164lbs with less body fat and no more scrawney jokes!
You look like a beast man, awsome results.. I’m on week three of my first round.the diet plan is a little confusing to me so I figured I would try it without it. Do u think ill be able to get some of the results u got with just hard work and a healthy diet?
Definitely NOT Erhan. No way! Read my “nutrition tips” tab if you wan to get results. Diet is critical!!
Ok.. God bless you coach! If I have more questions ill be sure to holler at u.
