Hello Coach Wayne, I saw your video on YouTube and I was astounded and amazed! Your results are the best I’ve seen and I would be honored if you were to be the coach of me and my family. Cause we are tired of being beached whales and want to be tamed tigers and we know you can help. Please contact me thanks

  3. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Alfred! I removed your phone # from your comment cuz I don’t want weirdos calling you LOL! Just email me at coachwayne@teamripped.com.

  4. Mohammed Tilal says:

Hey Coach Wayne. I’m a 16 year old male and I am astounded by your results by using these workouts. I would be privledged and honored GREATLY if you were my coach. I do however have some weaknesses. I weighed about 216.4 pounds last year and I lost about 35 pounds. I currently weigh around 174-178. Unfortunately, I’m so weak that I can barely do a pushup and I can’t even do 1/4th of a pull-up. Hearing my brother just tell me that there is no way I can get ripped because I can’t even do this makes me lose all my motivation. I just wanna look built. Can you please help me?

  5. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Mohammed. You have to stop listening to people who tell you that you can’t do something. We all hear that stuff. If you believe what others say, you won’t be able to succeed. If you stay focused on your goals, you’ll amaze yourself.

Now, you should consider where you are starting and choose the right program. P90X is extreme. Power 90 is slightly more “introductory”, and that might be a great program for you considering your starting point. You can start with Power 90 and get much stronger and in better shape, then move on to P90X.

  6. Angel says:

You are a huge inspiration!!!! I need someone like you to push me into what I’m suppose to be, a happy and healthy individual.
I lost 45lb it’s time for me to go to the next level.

  7. Nathen says:

Hey Coach Wayne, I am a former athlete so i know what it takes and the work that needs to be done, i just need some guidance in the nutrition side of things. I have done P90x off and on just to get work outs in. I am in college so money is very tight, do you have any suggestions for cheap meal plans? I am 20 years old, 5 10′ and 185lbs. Thank you!

  8. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Nathan, look at my sample diets in the nutrition zone, which are simple and affordable, and read my article “healthy on a budget” in the “nutrition all in one” section = http://teamripped.com/my-nutritionsupplements/nutrition-all-in-one

  9. nick tender says:

hey coach wayne, im 16 and i just got p90x. im pretty average, 5,7 and 130 ibs i just have a little extra chub that i would like to get rid of to get that muscle tone and i was wondering if you could tell me what training block i should start off with and also a lot some of the supplements are not recommended for my age if you could tell me what i can do instead of the supplements that would be great thanks!

  10. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Nick, any of the supplements I use and recommend are safe for a 16 year old, but you can always ask your doc to be sure.

Everyone should start with training block 1 when starting P90X. Following the nutrition plan is the key to getting great results though, so get very familiar with how to maximize that = teamripped.com/my-nutritionsupplements/nutrition-all-in-one

  11. nick tender says:

thanks and also if i follow the program will that be all i need to lose that extra bely fat?

  12. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Nick, following the program AND the nutrition plan will help you lose fat.

  13. Alex says:

Hello, Coach Wayne. I would like to start off by saying, great job on your journey. I’ve been thinking about purchasing p90x due to my unhealthy lifestyle and am completely out of shape at the moment. I’m 6.3″ 220 pounds, i try to cover it up by wearing dark clothes and people can’t seem to notice. Once i look at my self in the mirror when am at home, i feel disgusted. I tried working out plenty of times, but it never seems to work, maybe cause i feel like the results dont come fast enough or they barely show. SO i stop every time. Most of my weight and fat is on my stomach area. Once i get p90x, is there something i can do to get rid of fat even faster?

  14. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Alex, once you get P90X, the results will happen FAST if you give 100% effort to both the workouts AND nutrition. Start learning all my tips about nutrition here = http://teamripped.com/my-nutritionsupplements/nutrition-all-in-one

That will maximize your results! Go for it!

  15. Ali says:

Hello, Coach Wayne. I want to start workout p90x but what should I do if I have two times soccer training per week?

  16. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Ali, you can use the soccer training as 2 of your cardio days (sub them for plyox and kenpox). That would work well.

  17. nishanth says:

sir i just started this p90x and im so tired since im young im only 14 i don have enough money to buy weights and stuffs im using household items like filling waterbottles full of water and use rocks as weights i dont have a pull up bar i use a shelf at my house is these things alrite or if i need to buy sum stuffs suggest me sum its not even a week i started im getting so tired as im new to it can u suggest my some food (homemade) please i thought of leaving this p90x but after seeing ur results i was like i want sum like him please guide me through this

  18. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Nishanth, do the best with what you have. If you can afford some things, like a pullup bar and some weights, that’s great, but if not use what you can.

And it’s normal to get tired! Everyone does! Keep pushing play!!! Look at my “nutrition all in one” for ideas on good foods to eat. http://teamripped.com/my-nutritionsupplements/nutrition-all-in-one

  21. xXYAYOXx says:

Hi coach wayne how are you? I want to tell you that i saw your video in youtube and it is incredible, I started the shaun t’s insanity program about 2 weeks ago and i feel very good, i hope tha i am going to finish it. My question is…¿Were can i buy(or order) the p90x ? Can you give me a page or a local store please? I live in city Juarez (Mexico) but i am american , so i can go to el paso texas. I am asking you about the p90x because ,when i finish the insanity , i am going to do the p90x.
Also if you can please tell me where can i buy the results and recovery drink. A lot of thanks.
You can call me “YAYO”. : )

  22. Coach Wayne says:

Hey man, you can order P90X right here as long as you put in a US address (like in el paso if you know the address where you will be). Here’s the link = http://teamripped.com/programs/p90x-programs/p90x

  23. xXYAYOXx says:

Thank you!!! Can you tell me where i can buy the results and recovery drink?

  24. Bri says:

Whats up, saw your video. Probably the best on youtube as far as results. I have P90X, and have given it a go a few times but can never complete it. The going does get tough. I hesitate because I don’t have a diet i can follow accordingly. I believe the one that comes with p90x is too complicated so i don’t follow that. Question for you, did you honestly follow their diet? also while doing the workout, I’m sure it got tough, did you complete every set or did you just do what you felt you could. Thanks dude.

also how do i make you my coach? i need results like this bro!

  25. Coach Wayne says:

Welcome Bri! Glad you found us! Start here (has instructions on making me your coach, how to maximize your nutrition, and how to plug in for motivation and accountability) = http://teamripped.com/coach-ws-tips/getting-started

  26. **Neel** says:

    Hi Coach

I have gone through your video its amazing

i want to Buy p90x Video but i am not in USA , so i was not able to purchase can you please help me out how i can follow their exercise and diet ?

    Thanks

  27. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Neel! Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately the teambeachbody network is only available in the US at this time, but if you call the main 1-800 number for Beachbody, they have an “international” department that can give you assistance.

  28. Vu says:

    Hi Coach Wayne,
i can’t really follow the nutrition plan cuz i’m working in vietnam and eat vietnam food. can you give me some tips?? thank you

  29. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Vu, I’ve got a whole section of nutrition tips. You don’t have to follow “the plan”, but you need A PLAN!! Check out the “nutrition tips / sample diets” tab to learn how to develop your own plan for success.

  30. Gus says:

wow, your results are incredible. your success has motivated me. I am def pumped up like some old school reeboks. I gotta tell you though man, im a little unsure if ill get the same results you did. I’m 5’10 275lbs 29%bf, and im only 25 years old, def the worst shape i’ve ever been in. I know i eat really unhealthy right now, and i do drink beer occasionally, i know that i got to cut the unhealthy eating and the beer out but i dont know what else to eat. Do you have any tips for me

  31. Saif Al Dhaheri says:

    hello coach,

I started p90x 2 weeks ago and i feel great!. however, i cant handle the yoga x; its too long, too boring and it also cause me headaches. what should i do .

I would appreciate your insights on this matter :) and thank you

  32. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Saif, substitute core synergistics for the yoga. I felt the same way.

  33. Mo says:

Hey Coach! I need a little advice. I want to do the p90x Insanity, but i also dont want to lose alot of muscle cause i want to look ripped, not skinny. I have been working out for a few years so i am pretty thick but no where near defined. Should i just do the normal p90x? or maybe i can do both? any help would be great, thank you :)

  34. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Mo, start with P90X. After you do a round of that, then consider a hybrid.

  35. Filippo says:

Hi Coach Wayne, i saw your video and I want to start P90X… I’ve spend 2 years in gym but i’ve never seen good result, now i want to try this adventure! I would like to know, if possible, how and how much muscle mass increases during the 90 days. Thanks so much and congrat for the result!!!

  36. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Filippo, the amount of muscle you can gain during 90 days depends on your body, where you are starting, and how well you follow the nutrition. A good target would be 1 lb of lean muscle per week, thus 13 pounds in 90 days.

  37. Filippo says:

Thanks for the reply!!Another question: Can i have a coach like you even if i don’t live in US or Canada?i’m from Italy!

  38. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Filippo, unfortunately teambeachbody (and thus coaches) are only available in the US and Canada at this time. But feel free to use my site as a resource and ask questions. You can be an “unofficial member” :-)

  39. Filippo says:

    So thank you very much!!!

  40. Ramy says:

Hey Coach Wayne, I started with p90x about a month ago, but the results arent as good as i expected them to be, I started today with a different diet with no carbs and lots of protein, but since i live in Egypt, its hard for me to get the Shakeology. All i have is a whey protein. So is it okay for me to just continue without the Shake?

  41. Coach Wayne says:

Hey Ramy, it’s okay to continue without the shake. But I don’t recommend a zero carb / keto diet. Sure it will help you lose weight, but you will burn up your muscle and not end up looking the way you want. I’d suggest that you look at my “dialing it in” section in the nutrition tips tab to see what you should be doing on the diet. I guarantee if you follow that, you’ll get your best results.

  42. Filippo says:

Hi coach Wayne…today i start p90x!!!My really problem will be to eat the right amount of protein…cause in workout i’m really trained, can u suggest me some tips to boost up my will of eating? Thanks!

  43. Coach Wayne says:

Sure Filippo, look at the “nutrition tips” tab, where I give sample diets and have several articles about foods to eat while on a high protein diet.

    Bring it!

  44. Filippo says:

still me: D Yesterday I was at the supermarket and I found a salad dressing … I wanted to know if the salad dressing in the U.S. are similar … the fat content seemed a bit high … 17.9 g 100 g can I still use it for my salad? is similar to that proposed by the program p90x?

  45. Coach Wayne says:

Definitely stay away from that salad dressing! That’s a TON of fat! I’d recommend doing just salsa or salt and pepper on your salads. Dressings aren’t good for you.
