Amazing!!!! How old are you? I just turned 46! I want a new body, I bought p90 x and would love to have a coach….need a coach. Do you have the time? Thanks, Larry
Hey Larry, I am 37. Sure I can coach you. Just click the “join our team” link and follow the directions! Looking forward to it! And remember Tony is 52 and look at how ripped he is! At 46 you still have plenty of time!!
Hey, im 15 turning 16 in the summer and i want to lose some weight and gain a lot of muscles but i cant do the workouts everyday idk why i usually dont get busy i need help with trying to stick with it no matter what
hey coach wayne i have seen your results and they are amazing. anyways i am 17 years old and i just started p90x and i would like if you could be my coach?
hey there life savers ,
I live in the middle east … I’m not sure your product supports my area .. I’m 16 and I really go to the gym like everyday ..and I see no results .. please help !!
Hey Coach,
I’m recently enlisted and I’m leaving in 3 months. I bought P90X a long time ago but found that I was losing way too much weight. I’m 5’10 142 lbs with very low bf%. I’ve played a lot of sports and workout a lot but was wondering if P90X would be something I could do just to increase overall performance for the military lifestyle that I will soon have. Thanks a bunch, and incredible transformation!
Hey James, P90X can definitely improve your military performance. Professional and college athletes are using P90X all the time now because it’s so well-rounded and improves athletic ability. If your body fat is already very low, you’ll want to concentrate on eating enough calories that you fuel yourself for the workouts and build strength (look in my “nutrition zone” at my “bulking diet” for ideas. Also look under “my tips” at the “building mass” tips if you want to add muscle).
Hey Desmond, I’ve got my original supplement lineup posted in the “nutrition zone” tab. I have my more recent supplement lineup in the article “my current supplements”.
When your starting P90X, If cant do most of the stuff, do just write what you did and build up from there or what? May sound dumb! but I’m lost! and frustrated!
Exactly Jon! “Do your best and forget the rest”. “Write down what you did. How will you know what to do if you don’t know what you did”. “Don’t say I can’t, say I presently struggle with …”.
Hey Jares, I did Classic. Look at my “nutrition zone” for more on the diet. I did the 1900 calorie fat shredder. Read my article “Round 1 diet” as well.
Good Night… Congratulations in your amazing results…. I wanted to know if you could help me decide what program to do next.. I need to loose belly fat.. I am in my last week of insanity currently weighting 200 and want to go down to 175. I am not sure to do P90X or a insanity P90X hybrid or the new insanity asylum.. what will you recommend me to achieve my goal faster.. thank you so much for your help and sorry for bothering you.. have a great day
Hey Coach Wayne;
gr8 to see you on video of P90X2 . You are an inspiration.
I had started P90X and for some reason left after 1.5 mth as I did not see my weight slide off like some of the folks.
Couple of Qs
1.what did you use for body fat testing so atleast I can monitor
2.How does once achieve a 1500-1900 cal diet being a vegan .
Hey Kash, I use calipers for measuring body fat. See my article “measuring body fat” for details.
And you can easily achieve the same diet plan as anyone else while being a vegan. You just have to substitute things you CAN eat for things you CAN’T. If you aren’t going to eat lean meats, find alternatives (I don’t know what type of vegan you are, but there is fish, eggs, skim milk, whey protein, soy protein, soy, beans, etc. etc. etc.). Find alternatives to accomplish the same macronutient ratio and you are good to go!
Thanks for the quick reply.
I am looking to achieve the results you did as I look like you when you started .lol .What are some of the commitments or non -negotiables you made which helped u succeed
and how were u tracking them.
Hey Kash. I never skipped a workout. I never had a cheat meal. And I tracked everything that went into my mouth for the full 90 days. That’s why my results were so good. I’ve written extensively about all of those topics if you want to read more. Look in the nutrition zone tab at the “nutrition all in one” article. They are all linked there. Hope that helps!!!
Hey Jaime! Absolutely you should do P90X! The nutrition is the key to keeping your weight up and building muscle, and people use P90X all the time to accomplish that.
You lost a lot of weight quickly! Great job. When determining how many calories to consume, did you put in a lower weight for yourself so you would lose the weight, or did you put in your current weight and let the weight come off on its own? Thanks!
Hi Wayne my name is Levent, I am 36 years old men and i am 5.11″ tall. I got my P90X February and i did two months and i stop because i left to other state for business and i came back and i started again Sep.05. when i start first time feb. i was around 240 in two months i go down to around 220 now i am 209 but some time it take 2 weeks to lose couple of pounds but i am running too and some time i am loosing my motivation. I am going to get shakeology i believe my metabolism working slow so shakeology help me whit that. maybe i need batter diet program or need change something. i want to lose at least two pounds a week. can you help me what should i do..
Hey Levent! You’re much smaller, with much less body fat, than the first time you did P90X, so that’s why it doesn’t seem as easy to lose fat this time. Stick with it, and focus on body fat more than weight. Look in my “nutrition zone” at my 1900 sample diet, because that would help you a ton. And don’t get discouraged. Keep dialing it in and you’ll see results!
I’ve done P90X four times now, now i would like to bulk up more. I was wondering if I subnstituted the push ups for a bench routine, so I could add the weight to keep my eight to ten reps, will I see bigger results in my arms and chest?
Barry, that would be fine. What I’ve done instead (since I don’t have a bench and don’t want to go to a gym) is add a lot of weight to my pushups. I wear a weighted vest (40 lbs) and wear a backpack over that with 100 lbs in it (free weight plates I had). I’ve checked by puttin my hands on a scale in the pushup position and with those weights and my body weight, I’m “feeling” about 310-330 lbs. I can barely do 7-8 reps that way, plus I work my core very hard just to maintain the plank position during the exercise.
Hey whatsup Coach Wayne..First I just want to say congrats on all that you’ve accomplished ..great results, ones that I’m looking for myself.. I’m 22 5’11 175 I’m not way over weight I’m kinda slim but I have a a lot of fat around my stomach and obliques and man boobs lol which is confusing and definitely not attractive. I’m looking for those types of results where I’m lean and ripped but with a muscle figure. I have the insanity workout but scared I might loose a lot of weight and look skinny if I do it what should I do please help!! Cause I’m lost and want to make sure I’m doing the right stuff to getting that body of my dreams please be my coach Wayne …
Hey Trey, you’d definitely be better off with P90X because you’ll have the resistance training to build muscle mass. With Insanity, you’ll lose body fat but you won’t build muscle, and you will probably feel like you are getting too scrawny as the fat comes off. With P90X you’ll get the look you want — strong, fit, and ripped.
Aight cool thanks, ill make sure to get P90X asap and get that training started. now my only problem is Nutrition, not that i don’t like eating healthy its just that i don’t know how to eat healthy. cause once i understand the process to it and figure out what foods and the certain times i should be eating i know i could keep a strict diet that will help me definitely get those results..
hey coach today is a good day i’m excited to say i got my hands on the p90x workout, im excited and cant wait to start it up. after opening and looking through all the stuff it came with im confused to say how to start it, theres 3 different types of workouts which include classic, doubles, and lean. i want to make sure im doing the right exact one that will get me to those results im looking for but don’t know which one i should be doing. also it talks about some supplements that i need with the workouts but never purchased. is that a major part? if so where can i purchase from.
And as for supplements, you can read about them right here on my site under the “supps” tab. Also, look under the “my tips” tab to read about my favorite supplements that I use.
ok cool Classic it is!! and i just sent beach body the email asking for you to be my coach so expect a new trainee in session lol…also about supplements, i checked on your list of stuff that you used and i wanted to know if i took the same ones you have listed would they give me that muscle but ripped body i’m looking for?? and can i order those stuff on beach body or can i just pick them up at any local health store or GNC, and also if there’s a specific time frame to taking each supplement, in the morning, before\after a workout.
You can get some of these supps at GNC (creatine, glutamine, whey protein). The Shakeology and Results/Recovery formula you can get through me (or by logging into your teambeachbody account). Just click the “supps” tab at the top of the screen.
Depending on what supps you use, and when you work out, will depend on when you should take them. Let me know when you have your supps and I can give you some timing advice. Hope that helps!
Yea that sounds good, ill make sure to stop at GNC t.m. on my way home from work and see if they have those supps (creatine, glutamine, whey protein). i’m new to all this type of stuff since i was never a gym rat who would be at the gym lifting and be on all these supps, soo im trusting your judgement of supps since i seen the results they gave you and since you experienced and been through it and know what your talking about. and for the Shakeology and Recovery formula how do i place my order with you ? or is it the same to just order form beach body.
Hey Trey, just click the “supps” tab at the top of the screen and you’ll see the link for Shakeology and Results/Recovery formula. You can also log into your teambeachbody account to order. If you order from the main beachbody site without logging into your teambeachbody account or without clicking my links, then I don’t get credit for it. Thanks for asking!
ok ill make sure to do that..soo i just want to make sure i got everything clear soo once i get the supps (same as yours) i’m good to press play and start..soo you suggested i do the classic workout now for the nutrition part to get those results where i’m tight ripped with a muscular definition what type of nutrition phase should i be on you think..?
ooh ok, i just read the dialing it in part ima start with the fat shredder since i have some access fat around my stomach obliques and chest area. i wanted to know whats a good ideal body fat % to be at before moving on to the energy booster and when to know when i should be moving on…thanks a Mill Bro!!
Hey Trey, your “ideal body fat” depends on your goals. Some people want to be under 10%. Some want to be 8%. Some want to be 6%. It depends on what you want. As for how to measure it, read my article “measuring body fat”. Hope that helps!
Amazing!!!! How old are you? I just turned 46! I want a new body, I bought p90 x and would love to have a coach….need a coach. Do you have the time? Thanks, Larry

Hey Michael! You seem to focused on whether or not you “feel like doing it”.
First, decide if you are serious about this or not. If you are, make a commitment! And read my article called “Do It Anyway”!
Hope that helps! Bring it!

Hey Daniel, I’d recommend a hybrid with P90X lift days and Insanity cardio days. See my P90X Insanity Hybrid in the “workout zone”.

Hi,I´m 14, I weight 70… And I want be thin and have got muscles..Help me..
Hey Rafa, is 70 in pounds? If so it sounds like you are already thin. Do you have any questions I can help you with?
JTrahera, I ran a calorie deficit. Read my article “Round 1 diet” for much more on the specifics.
