Midweek Motivation

Time for the Midweek Motivation! Keep sending in your entries. If I happen to not use yours this week, don’t worry… I will do my best to make sure that they are used! I’m getting great stuff so be patient. I will try to give you credit as well, but I know that I have saved some of the media without recording the contributor. I really apologize if I miss you.

Coach I play in a ball league so I have weekly games I will be starting asylum soon do you reccomend me consuming more calories on game days? Also the nutrition guide says 1800 calories for me that's a 800 calorie deficit should I follow that if if I am at 10% body fat now?

Agree first one is how I feel as I am struggling to get back to shape.  My favorite is the last one I used that for so long and just got tired of it and now am changing it.

 @kwakubaffoe Add 300 after those games and I think you will still be safe and protect that deficit. 1800 should leave you RIPPED at the end of the Asylum.
