I use a 55cm for X2 (it's what comes with the kit and the smaller size actually makes the stability moves more challenging than a large size). However, if you look simply at the sizing charts, someone my size should use a 65 cm.
Hey Coach, any thoughts on using these as a replacement for an office chair? I'm thinking it might help circulation and give a little core workout, but not sure how comfortable or stable it would be. Thanks!
I don't know Dave. I know people have used stability and balance balls to sit on, but I never have so I can't really comment on if it would be comfortable over several hours or not.
Hey Coach, do you know if beachbody will be selling their medicine balls separately ? I bought some 10lb ones at sports authority but they were way too small and would cause my wrist too hurt. I need some shaped more like basketballs since I got big hands.
Wayne, what size stability ball do you use. I'm looking at size charts and everyone I find says something different.I know your 6'4'' and I wanted to see what size works best for you. thanks.
