Hey Coach W! Thank you so much for sharing my X2 results. Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement. Loved X2 and can't wait to keep it up with Body Beast!

Those vested towel pullups are hardcore. Nice work David!

wow! Great job! The towel pull ups are no joke!

Hey coach, i have been reading a lot more about the beach body coaching system and it seems that a lot of people claim that it is a pyramid scheme (i only know what that is because i googled it). I kind of figured everything is built in a pyramid and people starting early on don't have that great of a head start. Heck, you just started 2 years ago and you've already been top coach twice. My question is, do you think that the beach body coaching system is a pyramid scheme.

Nathan, You aren't the first person to ask me about this. :) Here ya go! http://teamripped.com/pyramid-scheme

Hi CW, I was wondering if I do P90X at 10PM . Is it good or bad ? These days I dont have enough time in the afternoon so I decided to change my workout routine :-) Hope it's not bad :-)

Trung, it is not bad at all. Missing your workout would be bad. I just find night workouts harder to get motivated for. I am a morning person through and through.

Coach, did you do any additional weight training (i.e. barbell squats, etc.) during your first round of P90X? Or did you stick strictly with the workouts on the DVDs?

Hey Shawn, no I did strictly the workouts. I've never had time more than one workout a day. It clearly gets the job done. :)

Wow! Way to bring it! Love that you went all out!

Hey coach, i was wondering if you have any suggestions about what to do after X2. I was thinking about doing an asylum, p90x2, insanity and p90x hybrid. I think it'll be crazy but do you know if there are any schedules for this out there.

Hey Josh, a mega hybrid would be really cool! You might have to do what I did and make it really long! There will be so many good choices. I don't think there are any calender for all those programs yet. Check out my post to make your own: http://teamripped.com/creating-a-hybrid

Coach I need advice.I'm on round one of x and I have been folowing the diet pretty close..but I feel like I'm crashing during the day and some during workouts.I'm 5'7 but thick muscule wise..I'm down to 208 from 227.I still have luv handles so I know I still have bodyfat to burn.but do you think my bodytype might require more calories..I'm currently on fat shredder at 1700 a day....thanks man

Matt, if you need to increase your calories, do it slowly. Try adding 200 calories and give it time to see if you are still losing weight.

GREAT JOB DAVID WAY 2 BRING IT!! AWESOME ENDING WITH THE TOWEL PULL UPS!!

Hey David, Awsome job! Seven + miles with a six and a half minute pace!!!! Wow your results and performance speak for themselves.

awesome work, David! way to bring it with the vest!

Wow way to bring it!!

heyc oach wayne quick q. this might sound weird but do u know when u reap the benefits of a workout? for example if my goal was to run faster or jump higher when i do plyometrics on a tuesday when will i receive those benefits? sooryy for the questions..thkx

Johnathan, those benefits have a cumulative effect over time. You benefit from training your muscles to be more explosive, you increase your cardiovascular capacity to be able to perform for longer periods, and you increase your lactic acid threshold to be able to perform for long without burning out. This all takes time and there isn't an exact moment when the skills just appear. After you recovery from a workout, you have increased all of these to a point. Enough workouts and recoveries, you will notice the sum of the improvements.

hey coach wayne quick q. on the p90x pullups do u go regular widht on wide front pull ups or very wide wats the difference if any.thkx..day 5 great results!!!

Hey Johnathan, varying the grip from wide to super side will change where on your back the pull ups targets. Wide is wider than shoulders. It targets the lats.

Perfect example of how amazing dedication gives amazing results.
