Hey Coach! 

I'm a young guy just about to start P90x and ready to get fit and get muscle! I'm working on finding the right diet to see the best results.  I'm 18 and only 145 pounds and have a high metabolism, and to be honest im a twig!  But i dont know what kind of diet i need to be looking for?!  Any advice?

 Jaren V Nutrition is the key, you're right. If you are looking to put on mass, you need to eat a surplus and higher carbs. If your metabolism is high, you just might have to eat more. Check out: www.teamripped.com/calorie-calculator and use a NEGATIVE number for your "deficit." It will actually figure your calorie goal as a surplus.

This week, I have begun to bring it in P90X Phase 3. I took before and after photos during phase 2 but the results are not as big as I wanted them to be. I am a skinny guy trying to put some meat on my bones by eating everything and anything whenever I want. However, I've only gained ten pounds within the last couple of months. I now weigh 160 lbs. and would like to know other tricks on how to gain muscle mass. I've already been upping my weight doing 8-10 reps. and eating. Any tips CoachWayne?

 Jonathan Q. 10 lbs in a couple months is really good. I would be happy. Any faster and it will just be more body fat. Lift heavy and EAT! Be encouraged man! Nice work.

Im starting Body Beast Sunday. Highly excited to see my results from the Beast. What ever it takes!

I've done 2 rounds of P90X so far and now I'm in my 4th week of insanity..i started at 293 and i'm down to 215...I don't know when to expect to see some change in my midsection...I notice a slight difference but I'm ready to see some muscles...I guess I still have alot of fat to go...any thoughts wayne? by the way they picked the right name for insanity...it is crazy :)

Hey Christina, keep on working. Exposing your abs is all about getting lean enough. Keep on your plan with exercise and nutrition. Great work so far! Dig Deep!

dang. im half way through X2 and not nearly seeing results like those... Im guessing most of those before and after photos are after 2 rounds OR am I just not bringing it enough?..... kudos to everyone in the pictures... One Love

Nathan, some photos are multiple rounds. Many are just one. Nutrition is everything if you want extreme results. You have to nail nutrition every single day!

WOW!! Looking at a few of the guys I am impressed at the results. I am now officially in day 7 of P90X and I feel great! The diet being the hardest for me so far. I hope that over the next 90 days with willpower and accountability I will be on here also.

I have a Mac too. And I have not tried iMovie even once LOL! I've done three rounds of P90X. Last one was bulking round. But dropping weight (and fat) seems to be easier than bulking for me. I think about some change and I consider buying P90X2 or Body Beast. My goal is still mass building. You (and other teamRIPPED members) have got great results with P90X2! But still I am not sure if Body Beast would fit better to my goal. Which one should I chose?

Roman - Without seeing Body Beast yet, I can't comment. If you are a hard-gainer, it will always be more work to build mass. I would say that P90X2 did a great job allowing me to build some serious mass. :)

Avesome transformations!!! I'd like to do my own transformation video. What app should I use?

I have a Mac, so that is what I used. There are lots of options. If you have a PC, Windows comes with a program too. Otherwise, google video editing software and see what comes up!

LOL I thought you were asking for yourself. But like I said, I don't think they hurt anything if a guy wants to use them (they are just a bunch of herbs) but there isn't any evidence that they actually do anything. They are just a waste of money in my opinion.

coach , do you recommand testosterone booster?

Hey Danielle, test boosters? For a woman? Absolutely not!!! I don't even recommend them for most men (as I feel they don't really work and are a waste of money).

I don't see many women on these before and after pictures, but the ones that I do see....DAMN on the results. Is it harder to follow any of your guidelines being a female. Are there any supplements that I should include/exclude?? Sorry, it's my first time dieting/exercising.

Hey Leilani! I'd love to add more women to my Hall of Fame! Only problem is ... about 90% of the people who I coach are guys so about 90% of the HOF stories I have are guys. LOL. It's not any harder for the ladies to get awesome results. And in fact, I love it when the ladies show off their awesome results. Bring it!

Hey coach, I have a couple quick questions for you... I am about 5 days away from my day 90 and I have a video I put together for my transformation. I believe my results are worthy of the Hall of fame but I don't know how to get the video to you? Should I send it as an attachment on an email? And should I send pics for the "before and after" gallery too? Thank you for your time coach Alex

Hey Alex! I'd love to see the pics and video! Email the pics to me at coachwayne@teamripped.com. And videos are too large to email. The best way to do a video is to upload it to YouTube and then share the link with me via email. Youtube accounts are simple to create and upload to.

Lance has been doing P90X, Insanity, Asylum, etc. for over a year now. He's a stud!!

Hi David Kennie here one of your new team mates I think I can walk you through it for some help. I don’t know what type of computer system you have but can tell you what I did to make my pic go through I sent my pic to Microsoft picture Manager then I went to where it says picture and chose to resize it if you have this type it will have a block un what is called a predefined width and height I clicked on the dropdown arrow and chose the web-large (640x480 px) then hit ok This will change the settings on the pic to something you can download. Then go through the stage of downloading again and if it’s a no go let me know and I will see if I can think of something else. Oh and make sure to put a check mark in the box just above where it says Basic Team Beachbody Photos If you don’t check that it won’t let you download any pics.

Im having some difficulty getting my before and after pics for the first round of P90 uploaded to the Beach body site. The response keeps saying pic size is too large. I have reduced the pics to a JPEG. but it still does not work. Any one more tech savvy than me that could help me out with suggestions would be great. I am doing round 2 of P90x and when done, want to have my transformation on the team ripped site. Thanks in advance
